How We Actually Help Businesses

After working with over 140 Vietnamese companies since 2019, we've learned what works. And honestly, what doesn't. Here's what we focus on.

Transparent Planning

You'll understand exactly where your money goes. We map cash flow patterns specific to Vietnamese market conditions and show you real numbers, not projections.

Practical Risk Assessment

Every business faces currency fluctuations and supply chain shifts. We help you prepare for realistic scenarios without creating unnecessary worry about unlikely events.

Growth Budgeting

When expansion makes sense, we show you how to fund it responsibly. Sometimes the answer is waiting. Sometimes it's moving forward. We help you figure out which.

Building Your Financial Understanding Over Time

Our six-month program starts in September 2025. We break down complex topics into manageable pieces you can actually use in your business.

Most participants spend about four hours weekly on materials and practice exercises. It's designed around busy schedules because we know you're running a business.

Financial education materials and business planning resources

Foundation Building

Understanding your current financial position. We look at actual numbers from your business and create baseline metrics you can track month to month.

Cash Flow Mastery

Learning to predict and manage liquidity. This is where most businesses struggle, so we spend considerable time on practical forecasting techniques.

Investment Decisions

When to invest in equipment, staff, or expansion. You'll learn frameworks for evaluating opportunities without complex financial models.

Risk Management

Identifying vulnerabilities and creating backup plans. We focus on realistic scenarios relevant to Vietnamese market conditions.

Ongoing Strategy

Developing systems you can maintain after the program ends. The goal is making financial planning part of your regular routine, not a special project.

What Makes This Different

We've tried teaching financial planning the traditional way. Lectures, textbooks, theory. It didn't work well. So we changed everything.

Interactive financial planning session with real business scenarios

Real Business Cases

Every example comes from actual companies we've worked with. Names changed, obviously. But the challenges are real and the solutions are tested.

Your Business Data

Bring your own financial information. We'll help you analyze it during sessions and create plans specific to your situation, not generic templates.

Ongoing Support

Questions come up weeks after a topic is covered. That's normal. Email access to instructors continues for three months after program completion.

Flexible Schedule

Materials are available online 24/7. Live sessions are recorded. You can catch up if something urgent comes up with your business.

Common Questions About Enrollment

Who Should Take This Program

Business owners handling their own finances, finance managers at growing companies, or anyone making budget decisions. We assume you understand basic accounting but nothing advanced.

Technical Requirements

You need reliable internet and a computer. We use standard video conferencing software. All materials work on Windows or Mac. Mobile access is available but computers work better for exercises.

Language and Materials

All instruction is in English. Materials are provided in English with Vietnamese business examples and case studies reflecting local market conditions.

Time Commitment

Plan for four hours weekly. Two hours of live sessions on Wednesday evenings and two hours reviewing materials and completing exercises on your schedule.

What Happens After

You'll have frameworks for making financial decisions and analyzing business performance. Many participants continue informal peer groups after the program ends.

Kieran Walsh

Financial Manager, Manufacturing Company

I've been managing company finances for eight years but never had formal training. This program filled gaps I didn't know existed. The cash flow forecasting module alone changed how we plan quarterly budgets. And having real examples from Vietnamese businesses made everything more relevant than generic business school materials.
